ASHBURN, Va. (AP) – Albert Haynesworth is at practice for the Washington Redskins – but strictly as an observer. Haynesworth did not take a conditioning test Saturday that coach Mike Shanahan says the 2-time All-Pro defensive lineman must pass before practicing.
