@666GamesDotNet just because he says he hasn’t taken steroids doesn’t mean he didn’t.. your body does not get that big naturally. Some are more gifted than others, however everyone plateaus. There’s no way he looks the same as people who admit to have taken steroids and put just as much time in the gym.

I always get my forearms good because I know how vital it is to have for the majority workout to make it easier and safer of the wrists. But I never could get the bicep lining of the forearm as good as the rest. Is there one for the bottom triceps lining and area around your elbow as well? I box a lot and I want to be able to block punches with my hand during training is why I ask.
