good vid. it’s looks like stephen could stand to do some neck bridges, he’s fairly built but has such a pencil neck (like I used to). it’s one of those muscles that everyone seems to forget, although it’s the first muscle group that people notice when they meet you….go figure.

Sounds like you haven’t tried Callanethics. It’s an amazin program that uses nothing but your own body. I got into really good shape with it, and fast. You actually feel/see results every time you do the exercises and they are very safe too! Google it!
yes definately it is possible. The program I just went through was ALL home workouts using almost ALL body weight and I’m completely ripped now. I got my six pack back and I haven’t seen thing for years! lol. Is there some reason you don’t want to use weights?
Oh, you said not THESE only…i was actually just curious, seriously wondering if someone can get in amazing shape without lifting a weight (besides their own)…
